I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8+ a few months ago and it has been constantly pestering me to accept about 150 pages of terms and conditions relating to their cloud service. A lot of it is related to sharing my data including my contacts' information!! Tried turning it off but practically everything I tried either wouldn't let me switch it off or allowed me to switch it off then forgot that I'd switched it off. Eventually found this in the Samsung community forums. You can tell a lot of people were really annoyed by this because the forum thread was 13 pages long with 10 entries per page. The thread was filled with the usual spam and people describing how to do it on the various different flavours of Galaxy. Even they seemed to thing that phone reboots and software updates would turn it back on again. I'm recording how to switch it off here, so I can switch it off quickly without having to spend the afternoon Googling again.
