Right mouse button takes ages to display the context menu

Is your right mouse button taking ages to display the context menu?

  1. Load Windows Explorer
  2. From the menu select Tools->Options
  3. Click the Offline Files
  4. Uncheck Enable Offline Files
  5. Click Ok
