Interfacing with customers

BigSoft Limited designed and implemented AdTracker, their customer validation process and invoicing tool. The product allow simpler and more structured communication between McQueen London's creative designers and the end customer.

Creative content could be uploaded to the system and be approved or rejected with comments. Email notifications were sent out to inform users a change was made to their adverts and it needed their attention. Once the customer was happy with the design of the advert and copy it was opened up so the publishers could access the printable material. Technology
