			<description>I once worked at 1&amp;amp;1 and I can tell you its full of nothing but temp agents who never even heard of webhosting until a few months prior when they started working there. Good luck resolving anything with them, especially billing issues. I use their hosting because its one of the most straight forward easy to use shared hosting control panels however I do have hosting at a variety of other companies. If I didn&amp;#8217;t know what I was doing there is no way I would hosting with them because on top of the cebu tech support not listening to what you&amp;#8217;re asking, you&amp;#8217;re generally talking to people who are just as if not less knowledgeable as you are on the more basic topics so you&amp;#8217;re not going to get far anyways.</description>

			<description>Yes I attempted (thought I had done) to cancel and point my domain at my new site, back in June.  However I have just received an invoice for 3 months from June?  I was sure at the time that I had followed the  complex procedures and even received a confirmation email.This I have forwarded on to them but to no avail as it seems I haven&amp;#8217;t cancelled the basic package. Un like your self who is obviously an IT service provider (complete embarrassed to your customers, not to mention the time wasted etc etc) I am completely naive technically and really unsure of what to do.  Perhaps trading standards.  I read one complain post where the person stated the only way he/she could stop 1and1 taking money from their account, was to lose their payment card and therefore acquire a new one!! leaving 1and1 with the incorrect payment details&amp;#8230;..drastic stuff</description>
