[edit] What are Delivery Options
The delivery options are used to decide what to do with your mail when you pick it up from the server.
[edit] How to find them
To get to the delivery options in Outlook:
- Tools->Accounts...
- Select your POP mail account
- Click properties
- Select the Advanced tab
The delivery options are at the bottom of the screen.

Outlook lets you remove it from the server after an amount of days or when you delete it. Check the Leave a copy of messages on server and select which extra deleting option you want from the list. If you do not select any options the mail will never be deleted and your mail box will fill up.

The default is to remove it from the server when you pick up your mail; i.e. Leave a copy of messages on server is unchecked.
