[edit] Why did I get an email asking me to validate an account I didn't sign up to?
We have signed you up! If you are reading this then you will probably have recently received a request to validate a tracker account. The link in the email is to verify that your email address is correct. Click the link and you will be taken to a page where you can enter a new password.
[edit] Which issue tracker do you use?
BigSoft uses Mantis to help manage and track the work requests we are asked to perform. This system manages time spent on projects, who said what and all sorts of other things relating to any kind of issue.
This system is the preferred method of soliciting help from us. If you feel we have not responded quick enough or you feel that it is important then you can follow it up with a phone call. Please enter an issue on the tracker first - unless the internet is down! It will give you a reference number and a place for us to start getting to the bottom of your issue.

Yes it probably is, for you! After you call we have to enter the report ourselves, and change the system so that it has your name on it - which can take a lot of time. The extra time converts to an extra cost to you. The issue tracker records the amount of time spent on each call and helps us to more accurately determine the cost of projects to you and us.

Anything really. I'll leave it open ended for the moment and maybe add some guide lines when things get moving. If your problem is something you can see on the screen then please try to include a screen shot
