Lost your issue tracker password

Below follows a step-by-step set of instructions which show how to reset your issue tracker password.

[edit] Password reset

  1. Navigate to the issue tracker login screen at: http://www.bigsoft.co.uk/clients/bugs/login_page.php
  2. Click the link called "Lost your password?"
  3. Enter your username which is in the form <firstname><surname>. So for example, if your email address is joe.bloggs@somedomain.com then your username would be joebloggs
  4. Enter your email address, so in our example it would be joe.bloggs@somedomain.com
  5. Click the Submit button
  6. The system will email you a web link which will arrive in a few seconds. Clicking the link will take you to a page inside the issue tracker and allow you to change your password to anything you like.
